Hi, do you see yourself being responsible for… 
 
  • setting up the planning (aligned with marketing & loyalty calendar) of direct marketing & email campaigns. Ensuring that the deadlines are respected.
  • aligning with business units, internal partners, agencies, branding and website team on target & content for CRM campaigns.
  • organizing email production’s planning & coach the campaign coordinators & interns. Supporting for production & optimization of direct marketing and email campaigns. Proofread, verify, translate, process images and banners. Both hands-on as in coordination with internal departments & external agency.
  • setting up A/B tests and other projects to improve email efficiency & performance. Good time & project management is essential.
  • growing our marketing automation efforts. Supporting the implementation of new marketing automation campaigns, follow-up on the roadmap and help develop the data driven and automated mindset.
  • using our direct marketing channels to further develop our loyalty program.
  • launching and managing loyalty campaigns to increase the number of addressable records through smart segmentation, gamification and marketing automation.
  • coaching stores and other teams in developing local customer management. Help develop their clientele, develop their local communication (events, contests, etc.) for their clients.

Our client is one of Belgium's best know retailers! with an active customer database of over 4.000.000! They are looking for a CRM Campaign Lead. The CRM campaign lead reports to the CRM & Loyalty manager Benelux and is responsible for direct marketing campaigns. The CRM campaign lead supports the further development of CRM (customer relationship management) & Loyalty within the company on a BeNeLux level. He/She supports our customers, the stores, the development of marketing & loyalty campaigns by making the email planning, coaching the campaign coordinators & agency, coordinating & optimizing emails, push notifications and White mail campaigns in NL/FR.
 
Do you have/ are you…
  • 2 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing and email marketing.
  • fluent in French/Dutch + good knowledge of the other language + business English.
  • good planning & project management skills.
  • experience working in a fast-paced international (retail) environment
  • experienced with CRM softwares.
  • familiar with segmentation & personalization
  • knowledge of HTML (basic)
  • strong time & project management skills.
  • result driven, always motivated to grow in results and performance.
  • creative approach, look for out-of-the box solutions.
  • copywriting skills (native language FR or NL)
  • knowledge of photoshop (optional)
  • knowledge of digital experience (content, technology, design, process)
  • analytical and data driven mindset. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Data studio, PowerBI.
