  • Mapping out user and business needs and their processes, sources, context and roles

  • Attending various business workshops and knowing how to apply to the right critical questions.
  • Using functional data models, process flows, wireframes,… 
  • Working with technologies as SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP Sales Cloud, Showpad, Adobe Management, Sitecore....

In this broad and challenging role of Functional Analyst, you will work in an agile multidisciplinary team on the realization of our digital business transformation and various innovative solutions that are at the core of their business strategy.

Can you provide...

  • A Master's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience as a commerce and/or functional analyst.
  • Some examples of your digital savviness and new developments where you were responsible for
  • Some examples of new technologies that you worked with
  • Flexibility in a digitally fast-changing world
  • Communicative and customer-oriented skills and courage to ask critical questions
