Your range of tasks:

  • Talent Sourcing: The main activities of the Talent Sourcer are searching for digital talent, talking to them, updating their data, binding them and passing them on to the Talent Manager. You do this by a.o.
    • Identifying candidates through telephone screenings
    • Qualifying candidates and collecting and exchanging all necessary information in preparation for a presentation to the Talent Manager
  • Talent Nurturing:
    • You keep your finger on the pulse of the contacts from the database, your consultants and placed candidates to make sure we are ahead of any problems and of course to detect new opportunities.
    • Your fellow Marketers will support you to keep your community inspired and informed so that you stay top-of-mind.
  • Reporting and administration: Ensure that all crucial information related to the entire process is documented and communicated in the relevant tools.

What we expect:
  • We are open to job students who do not yet have any experience. You will be trained within the company. You are working on a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing / HR.
  • You do not rest until all the details are in order.
  • You have a social attitude, talkative skills and a strong sense of empathy
  • Knowledge/feeling of the internet sector: You are fascinated by the digital world. This does not mean that you spend half your time every day on Facebook and Instagram, but that you are also fascinated by the impact of digital developments on the business world.
  • Your Dutch is perfect and you can express yourself fluently in English. If you can do the same in French, that is a plus.
