Senior Go To Market Manager

Hi,

 Do you see yourself being responsible for… 

• Analysing market trends, monitor the competition's products and identify potential future products and services 

• Developing the roadmap for the implementation of marketing projects: product launches, animation of partnerships, relational marketing campaigns, value propositions, loyalty programs, …;

• Ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clear while guaranteeing monitoring that can accurately steer the implementation?

• Ensuring optimal management, coordination and follow-up of your projects?

• Respecting deadlines, budget, the intended quality and agreed timeline?

• Working closely with Sales, Product  and the Communication departments, and regularly attend working groups with representatives of the branch network?

• Coordinating the training and centralise the useful and necessary information for the commercial directorates and the distribution networks, in order to realise the commercial ambitions;

• Directing working groups and present the progress of your projects in meetings with the marketing teams, Sales and the consultants.

Do you have…

• A master's degree or equivalent experience?

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing activity (product / go-to-market / strategic marketing), or in sales (relationships with an agent network).

• A solid experience in project management and in stakeholder management

• Experience in or a strong affinity with insurance products 

• The ability to convey specific messages and adapt to your audience, a smooth pen and are a good speaker;

• Experience with developing a concrete action plan based on a strategic vision?

• An assertive and autonomous mindset, stress resistant and result-oriented?

• structure and organisation?

• A critical point of view, solution-oriented and very customer-oriented?

• A natural commercial feeling? 

• excellent knowledge of Dutch and French
