About the Job.
  • Find the right Talent. As an experienced recruiter, you can explore our network to source the right talent in function of market needs. You have strong commercial insights and are able to offer both clients and candidates a personalised service. 
  • We strongly believe in the power of marketing: your colleague marketeers will be more than happy to support you in attracting new talent.
  • Manage the Recruitment process. Your experience enables you to prepare candidates properly for their job interview. 
  • Build your own customer portfolio. You are able to identify needs based on conversations with both the client and our Business Managers. You will draft a plan of action that will be validated by the client.
  • Talent Nurturing. You keep a finger on the pulse of ongoing projects to ensure that we stay ahead of any issues and can identify new opportunities when they arise.

What we expect.
  • You can demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, Sales or any other role that matches the required skill set.
  • You speak Dutch or French fluently and are proficient in English.
