After my studies I decided to start my career at NedWorks as a Talent Scout. From the beginning my personal growth stood central and I was welcomed with open arms. As a real 'people person', I strive to assist our candidates as well as possible when opportunities arise. When I can be a part of the candidates' growth path, I'm excited all day! Moreover, I am very curious about which digital journeys await us, so bring it on!
Triggered by human resources and digital marketing, I applied at NedWorks after my studies for the position as Talent Scout. My main motivation is to create the right match between candidate and client on a personal as well as a professional level. My task consists of connecting with digital talents on a daily basis in function of new challenges. And you know what? Networking is really my favorite activity! My enthusiasm as a Talent Scout can best be described as follows: "My job is to make people happy. And the people that I make happy, make me happy!" So, I was wondering ... what's your job?
