We select a group of recent graduates who have all attended our Digital Masters Academy. This means that they:
- Have at least three Google certificates. Have already developed a digital marketing campaign for a non-profit organisation. Have been screened and are ready to join your team. Instantly.
In the next phase, we:
- Conduct in-depth interviews.
- Check their references.
- Ask them to take a basic test.
In the meantime, we keep you continually updated. You will only receive the CVs of the best candidates, including a report of their in-depth interview. That will allow you to decide which candidate is the best match.
