Our partner, a global foodservice company, is currently seeking a Customer Experience Lead. This company is a leader in the dynamic food service market and offers a range of professional food and beverage products and services to customers across 22 Multi Country Organizations (MCOs) in 72 countries. As the Customer Experience Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience for foodservice operators across all markets by developing and implementing targeted solutions that address customer needs.

the Customer Experience Lead will play a critical role in executing the local (digital) selling strategy and delivering sustainable growth over multiple years, while optimizing the on/off-line end-to-end experience of prospects and customers in the Belgian foodservice market. The Lead will work closely with Customer Marketing, lead a team using a SCRUM approach, and support the team in finding the right marketing technology and eCommerce strategy, as well as building strategic Integrated Business Plans.
